THE BANSURI CIRCLE

- Tickets can be cancelled up to 7 days before the show date. No cancellations or refunds will be allowed within 7 days of the show.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the ticketing platform’s policy and timeline. Platform fees, convenience charges and taxes may not be refundable.
- Entry will be allowed only with a valid ticket or booking confirmation. Guests may be asked to show a valid government ID at the venue.
- Children below 12 years will not be allowed. Children aged 12 years and above will require a valid ticket.
- Guests are requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before the show begins. Late entry may be restricted once the performance starts.
- Re-entry will not be allowed once you exit the venue.
- Outside food and beverages, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, flammable items and unsafe objects are strictly prohibited.
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during the performance.
- Photography, videography, audio recording and live streaming of the performance are strictly not allowed.
- Professional cameras, tripods, recording equipment and drones are not allowed without prior written permission from the organisers.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any guest to leave if their behaviour disturbs the artist, audience, venue team or organisers.
- Seating will be based on the ticket category purchased and the venue layout. The organisers may make changes to seating, schedule or production elements due to operational or unavoidable reasons.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers and venue will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage.
- Purchase of a ticket confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
